Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Artwork / Works of Art: Art products sold on the Platform, including but not limited to paintings, illustrations, sculptures, photography, digital works, prints, or other forms.

Artist / Seller: A party that uploads and sells Artwork on the Platform.

Buyer: A party that purchases Artwork through the Platform.

Content: All materials available on the Platform, including images, text, descriptions, and promotional materials.

Transaction: The process of purchasing Artwork by a Buyer through the Platform.

2. General Terms of Platform Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent/guardian to use the Platform.
• You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not in violation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
• We reserve the right to reject, restrict, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms & Conditions.

3. User Accounts

• Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and accountable information.

4. Listings & Artwork Information

• Artists are fully responsible for the authenticity, ownership, description, size, materials, condition, price, and availability of the Artwork.
• The color/visual appearance of Artwork on screen may differ from the actual work due to device or lighting differences. This is not an automatic reason for return.
• We may review, reject, or remove listings that are deemed to violate Platform policies or applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made through the methods available on the Platform.
• A Transaction is considered complete once payment has been verified.
• Additional charges such as taxes, service fees, or shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize payment.
