Because art is personal and often one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both buyers and artists while keeping transactions simple and transparent. By purchasing through , you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

We accept returns and provide refunds only under specific conditions, primarily related

  • Damage during delivery
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly not as described

If you think something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly without needing a return.

2. Return Eligibility (Physical Artworks)

You may request a return if:

  • You submit the request within 7 calendar days after the item is delivered.
  • The artwork is in its original condition (not installed, altered, cleaned, or repaired).
  • You provide clear evidence (photos/videos) showing the issue.
  • The issue fits one of the approved reasons in Section 1.

Important: Returns are only processed after our team verifies the request and provides written approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because many artworks are unique and/or made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind / personal preference
  • Custom commissions or personalized works
  • Limited edition items where the authenticity seal/packaging is opened or damaged
  • Digital products (downloads, digital certificates, NFTs, virtual exhibits, etc.)
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, framing, cleaning, or modification after delivery
  • Purchases marked “Final Sale” on the product page
